But how do you know which beater is right for you?
And especially when you may be buying on-line, and your selection is simply based on the beater’s appearance. In this regard, you simply won’t know….until that is, it arrives in the post, you pick it up and then start playing.
Along with a ‘carry bag’, it might even be that a beater was ‘bundled-in’ as part of a bodhran purchase.
You therefore may assume that you have also purchased the perfect beater, but probably not. In our experience this is simply the start of a journey to finding out what works for you.
